3.3. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. Stallholder Applications
4.1. Submission of a stall application via the website does not guarantee a spot at the festival.
4.2. Successful applicants will be notified directly and must adhere to the specific Stallholder Rules and Regulations provided upon approval.
4.3. Stall fees must be paid by the deadline specified in the application form to secure your space.

5.1. The festival program, including artist line-ups and activities, is subject to change due to weather, artist availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.
5.2. We are not liable for any losses incurred due to changes in the advertised program.
